For Lindsey Chandler, a wife, mother and social worker, she finds herself thrust from the safety of her secure life into a new world of being single again after her husband Ted announces he is leaving the marriage. There are many parallels between both stories in that the heroines are forced to step out of their comfort zones and find new ways of coping. Therefore, I was looking forward to reading her novel, A Fitting Place and, after reading it, found she did not disappoint. ![]() I have been a fan of Mary Gottschalk’s writing since reading her memoir, Sailing Down the Moonbeam a real-life adventure about stepping out of your comfort zone to grow in new ways. ![]()
